The late Dr. Milton Kidd Jr., as a member of the COA Board of Directors, was instrumental in obtaining the first grant and throughout the years, his family and friends have supported the continuation of the grant to the Council on Aging’s nutrition program. Presently, the programs distribute meals to over 600 seniors in the parish.
