St. Mary Parish Sheriff
Aubrey Dennis Augman, 40, whose last known address is Williams Street, is wanted on a warrant from November 2003 for failure to appear for DWI second offense, and on second warrant from September 2004 for failure to appear for driving under suspension and failure to use a seatbelt. He also has a Fern Street address in Patterson listed, and it is suspected he may be somewhere within the city, according to St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert.
Augman is a black male with brown eyes and weighs 185 pounds and is 5 feet, 6 inches tall. They have made several attempts to locate him but have been unable to, Hebert said.
Joseph D. Wade, 36, whose last known address is Village Lane in Amelia, is wanted on a warrant for possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana third offense, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession controlled dangerous substance in the presence of a juvenile.
Sheriff’s narcotics division detectives executed a search warrant at his address on Feb. 14. The warrant is a result of illegal narcotic activity at the residence.
Detectives said they located cocaine and marijuana and other drug paraphernalia (glass pipe, a Chore Boy and rolling papers) along with other items. Wade is known to frequent the Siracusaville and Amelia areas.
He is also known as “Joe Black.” Sheriff’s deputies have made attempts to locate him, Hebert said. Anyone with information on either of the two suspects’ whereabouts may contact the sheriff’s office at 985-384-1622 or 337-828-1960.
Previously featured suspects Belinda Ann Arceneaux, Andre Jones and Larry Dean Robertson have not been arrested, according Hebert.
One suspect on the sheriff’s most wanted list was arrested since the January most wanted story was published. Nancy Comeaux of Morgan City was arrested on Feb. 6 on a warrant for possession of Schedule III (hydrocodone). Comeaux turned herself in to the sheriff’s office in Morgan City after learning of the warrant for her arrest.
Berwick police are still looking for previously featured suspects David Fanguy and Shaneal Juwayn Williams.
Fanguy, of Dulac, has been on the list since October and is wanted by Berwick Police for domestic abuse battery fourth offense. Fanguy was charged in connection with a Jan. 17, 2012, incident where a victim reported being assaulted in their home.
Williams, whose last known address is Bayou Black Road in Gibson, has been on the list since September for hit-and-run, improper backing and expired driver’s license from an Aug. 15 complaint of a hit-and-run accident at Bee Bee’s Seafood in Berwick.

Berwick Police Chief James Richard said police recently arrested several suspects they were looking for and had no new suspects to add to the list, he said.
Morgan City police are still trying to find two suspects on the most wanted list.
Richard Elvin Price, who was in January’s list, is wanted for felony theft. Price is 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighs about 185 pounds.
Price is wanted by Morgan City police for theft (more than $1,500).
On Aug. 27, 2012, Morgan City police said they received a complaint of a theft in which Price had obtained services from a local business in Morgan City. After receiving the services requested, he provided a personal check as payment. Once the transaction was complete, Price intentionally stopped payment of the check in order to avoid payment for services, police said.
Brennan Norton Skinner, who has been on the list since December, of Grace Street in Morgan City, is wanted on a warrant for simple escape.
On Dec. 6, 2012, Skinner was in city court on trial and was sentenced to sixth months and 10 days in jail. A short time after being placed in custody by the courts, Skinner ran from the courtroom and was able to elude the city marshal. A warrant was issued for simple escape.
Skinner is 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs 150 pounds. He has tattoos on his right cheek, left cheek and forehead, according to police.

Morgan City police did not have any new suspects to submit for February’s edition, said Assistant Chief Glenn Blanco.
Franklin police are still trying to apprehend suspects Tyrone Freeman and Brian James.
Freeman, of La. 87 in Franklin, who was first featured in December, is wanted for illegal possession of stolen things.
Two previously featured suspects have been arrested since January’s story was published. Jesse Hart was arrested by the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office and booked into the Law Enforcement Center in Centerville on Feb. 8 after being transferred from the Lafourche Parish Sheriff, according to the St. Mary Parish Sheriff.
Rondon Caesar was arrested by the Iberia Parish Sheriff, and Franklin police have a hold on him, according to Franklin police.
Franklin police did not add any new suspects to February’s most wanted list.
Baldwin police are still looking for Alex Diaz and Reshimah Antoine.
Diaz, whose last known address is Jolivette Street in Baldwin, is wanted on a warrant for hit-and-run driving regarding a 2011 incident on Main Street in Baldwin. Diaz was also in January’s most wanted story.
Antoine, whose last known address is Texas Street in Lake Charles, is wanted for criminal damage to property to a hotel room in March 2007. Antoine has been featured in the series since September.
Baldwin police did not add any new suspects to the most wanted list.
With the arrests of Comeaux, Hart and Freeman since January’s most wanted edition ran, 12 suspects have been reported as having been arrested since the St. Mary Parish’s Most Wanted list was first published in September.
