Investigators from the Louisiana State Police Bureau of Investigations/Alexandria Field Office arrested two men this week, in two separate cases, for possession of child pornography.

The first arrest involved Ralph Carpenter, Jr., 36, of Deville. This arrest stems from an investigation where it was discovered that child pornography images were being possessed. A search warrant was obtained and executed.

Upon execution of the search warrant, child pornography images were discovered on his computer, trooper said. Carpenter Jr. was arrested Thursday for possession of child pornography and booked into the Rapides Parish Detention Center.

The second arrest involved Clarence Graham , Jr., 25, of Leesville.

This arrest stems from an investigation where it was discovered that child pornography images were being downloaded from a residence at Fort Polk.

Due to the location of the residence, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents from the Lake Charles Field Office assumed the investigation and obtained a federal search warrant.

Wednesday, LSP investigators assisted ICE agents with the execution of the search warrant. During the execution of the search warrant, it was determined that Graham Jr. was currently living in Leesville.

Agents then contacted Graham Jr. at his residence where it was determined child pornography images were located on his computer, troopers said.

He was arrested by LSP agents for possession of child pornography and booked into the Vernon Parish Detention Center.
