“The Mousetrap” by Agatha Christie will be presented Oct. 19, 20, and 25 to 28. Performances are 7:30 p.m. except on Sunday at 2 p.m. Admission is adults, $15 and students and children, $10.
Shows are held at the Wetlands Acadian Culture Center Theatre/Jean Lafitte National Historical Park & Preserve located at 314 St. Mary St.

The performance features a group of strangers stranded in a boarding house during a snowstorm, one of whom is a murderer. Into their midst comes a policeman traveling on skis. He no sooner arrives and the jurist is killed. To get the rationale of the murderer’s pattern, the policeman probes the background of everyone present, and rattles a lot of skeletons.
