The event will begin with a social hour from 6-7 p.m. and dinner will begin at 7 p.m.
During the event, awards will be presented, and the new board will be introduced and installed during the banquet, themed “Mardi Gras on the Bayou.”
Single tickets may be purchased for $50 per person or a table for eight can be reserved for $400 by calling one of the two chamber offices at 384-3830 or 337-828-5608.
The chamber also is offering three sponsorship levels for the banquet, but the deadline for each is Thursday.
The “King of the Bayou Diamond,” available for $2,000, the “Queen of the Bayou Gold Sponsorship” is available for $1,500, while the Jester’s of the Bayou Silver Sponsor can be purchased for $1,000.
U.S. Congressman Jeff Landry, R-New Iberia, will be the guest speaker, while Ted Stanley will serve as master of ceremonies.
The “King of the Bayou Diamond” sponsorship includes eight tickets with front row seating, the company’s logo on the front cover of the event’s program, spotlighted in a slide show that will run during the event and featured in the chamber’s business tabloid with the company’s logo. Those purchasing this sponsorship level also are eligible for a complementary bottle of champagne and a Diamond Sponsor plaque, which will be presented at the banquet.
The “Queen of the Bayou Gold Sponsorship” includes eight tickets, a complimentary bottle of wine, listing on the back of the banquet program, the company’s logo featured in the slide show and a listing in the business tabloid.
The Jester’s of the Bayou Silver Sponsor includes eight tickets and listing on the back of the program, as well as in the slide show and the business tabloid.
