Tri-City Quilt Show open house tonight

The public is invited to the third annual Tri-City Quilt Show being held Aug. 1-18 at the Artists Guild Unlimited Gallery in Morgan City. An open house from 6-8 p.m. tonight at the gallery, located at 201 Everett St. The open house will offer the public an opportunity to purchase select quilts and afford an early glimpse of the show. Sponsoring the show is the Sew Happy Quilters Guild and Rumpled Quilts Guild. Preparing for the event were Sew Happy President Sheryl P. Bordelon, ladder, and Rumpled Quilts representative Agatha V. Wiggins.
