Trio has 612 charges of theft of cemetery urns

BALL – The Rapides Parish Sheriff's Office has made three more arrests for the theft of urns from Forest Lawn Cemetery in Ball.

The trio is charged with 612 counts of theft.

According to RPSO, 35-year-old Kimberly Gagnard, 55-year-old Deborah Price and 19-year-old Billy Johnson, all from Pineville, are charged with 612 counts of theft from a cemetery, and with criminal conspiracy.

Gagnard was charged with five counts of possession of stolen goods earlier this month.

Another suspect, Johnny Fitzgerald, was also charged with 30 counts of theft.
