MORGAN CITY — Morgan City High School will host its annual varsity baseball jamboree Saturday at Tiger Diamond.

In addition to the hosts, Berwick, Hanson, Assumption, Franklin, Patterson and West St. Mary all will participate.

Action begins at 9 a.m. when Hanson and Berwick square off, followed by Han-son and Assumption at 10 a.m., and Franklin and Berwick at 11 a.m.

At noon, Assumption will play Patterson, while at 1 p.m., Franklin and Morgan City will meet.

West St. Mary and Patter-son will play at 2 p.m., while West St. Mary and Morgan City will meet at 3 p.m.

All games either will last three innings or one-hour.

The Central Catholic Eagles will participate in the Central Lafourche Jamboree Saturday with a 10 a.m. contest against South Lafourche.
