Whitney Noel Beverly Sr., 76, a resident of Franklin and a native of Franklin, died Friday, December 2, 2011 at his residence at 11:55 p.m.
Visitation will be Saturday, Dec. 10 at Triumph Baptist Church in Franklin, from 9 a.m. until funeral at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in the St. Jules Cemetery in Franklin.
Whitney was a veteran of the United States Army.
Whitney leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Louise Howard Beverly of Franklin; two sons, Whitney Noel (Elizabeth) Beverly Jr. of Vancleave, Mississippi and Sheldon Troy (Marla) Beverly of Studio City, California; one brother, Stanley (Isabella) Beverly of Franklin; one sister, Marjorie Beverly Thomas of Franklin; two grandchildren, Christian Matthew Beverly and Miracle Faith Beverly; and a host of relatives and friends; a sister-in-law; three brothers-in-law; and a special friend, Sis. Mary Carson.
He was preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters.
