The planned outage will be from 1-5 p.m. and will affect the entire Siracusaville community as well as several businesses in the area.
It is being done to accommodate work to increase the volume of water down Lake Palourde Bypass Road, necessary to access a motel project in the area, according to St. Mary Parish Water and Sewer District 1 Operations Manager Brian Tabor.
