An apparent water line break at Wilson and Main streets in the St. Mary Parish Courthouse parking lot seemed to have caused the need to open a nearby hydrant, sending a flow of water toward Bayou Teche. Calls to City Hall Thursday and again this morning for more details were not immediately returned.
