International Hustlers Social Club, a new Franklin-area civic organization, has scheduled a fair at Broussard-Harris Park this weekend. Rides, snacks and refreshments will be on tap Friday and Saturday from noon to 11 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 8 p.m. No admission will be charged but tickets will be sold for rides and other purchases during the event.
