Police said Bobbie Jo Marcantel, 34, is charged with domestic abuse battery and aggravated battery.
The two were heard arguing loudly in the unidentified bar, and continued to argue as they left the bar.
The woman then ran over her husband, Manford Marcantel, II, police allege. She then drove to the Mamou Police Department and said her husband had abused her before she ran over him.
The man was hospitalized with his left leg broken in several places and a crushed ankle.
