Brown’s Jewelers donated Red & Ruby Heart earrings and pendant by designer Nicole Barr to be auctioned off at the 11th annual That Just Takes the Cake social to benefit the American Heart Association June 7 at the Petroleum Club of Morgan City, 500 Roderick St., Morgan City. The cocktail event will feature a photo booth for guests donated by Elegant Events of the South, silent auction, steak dinner, live cake auction and ending with music and dancing until midnight. Tickets, $50 each, are on sale by contacting Gwen Luc at 985-372-8520.
