Brannon is joined by his wife Vicki, standing behind him; daughter, Kimberly, kneeling to the left of Brannon; fellow soldier Jim Pene, standing to the right of Brannon, who helped save Brannon’s life; and to the right of Pene is Brannon’s son, Wade.
