Brannon is joined by his wife Vicki, standing behind him; daughter, Kimberly, kneeling to the left of Brannon; fellow soldier Jim Pene, standing to the right of Brannon, who helped save Brannon’s life; and to the right of Pene is Brannon’s son, Wade. Letter grades were assigned to public schools for the first time this year. The letter grades are based on the baseline student performance scores that are calculated based on student test scores. Scores include A, 120-200; B, 105-119.9; C, 90-104.9; D, 65 to 89.9; and F, 64.9 and below. A plus sign shows the school met or exceeded its performance growth target; a minus signs indicates that school’s score declined by 0.1 point or more.
