Local charities got a big boost Tuesday with donations to two Franklin agencies by David and Dale Hartford (manager of Danny’s Fried Chicken) of Data Management Systems Inc. of Patterson. The Hartfords, at left above, donated loads of toys to Chez Hope and 20 cases of food to the Emergency Aid Center. With them above are Chez Hope staff Vanetta Thomas, Cynthia Segura, Ida Borel and Rebecca Rodriguez.
