The Berwick High School girls’ tennis team will be looking to defend its Division 3 state
title when they begin play in the Division 3 state tournament at the University of Louisiana at Monroe Monday. Also, Andre Adams, a singles’ qualifier on the boys’ side,
will participate in state play. State qualifiers include, kneeling from left, Mary Margaret
Sanford, Abby Ledet, Carolyn Sanford and Signe Parsiola. Standing, same order, coach Gina Sanford, Adams, Shereen Richard, Claire Parsiola, Emma Gray and Allis Armato.
