HAROLD AND DOT MYERS of Morgan City celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary May 7. The occasion was celebrated with a special Mass in which the Rev. Daniel Poche’ of Holy Cross Catholic Church in Morgan City wrote a special blessing for the couple. A dinner in their honor followed at Fremin’s Restaurant in Thibodaux. The couple’s four children and their spouses, and their four grandchildren hosted the event.
