St. Mary Parish Sheriff David Naquin reported the following arrests from the past 24-hour reporting period:

Sarah A. Davis, 21, of 408 Tiffany St., Patterson, was arrested Tuesday at 9:34 a.m. on a warrant charging her with simple battery, hit and run and simple burglary. No bond was set.

Jason Ashley, 22, of 121 Calumet Lane, Ricohoc, was arrested Tuesday at 11:54 a.m. on a charge of unsecured dogs. He was released on a summons.

Carla Weatherford, 60, of Pierre Part, was arrested Tuesday at 1:48 p.m. and charged with shoplifting. She was released on a summons.

Kyle M. Gregory, 26, of Thomasville, Alabama, was arrested Tuesday at 3:13 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on charges of failure to signal and driving under suspension. He turned himself in and was released on a $750 bond.

Raymond C. Soumeillan Jr., of 609 Arnez St., Morgan City, was arrested Tuesday at 3:34 p.m. on charges of obstruction of justice, resisting an officer and battery on an officer. No bond was set.

Bryan Gibson, 47, of 116 Miggy Lane, Baldwin, was arrested Tuesday at 4:51 p.m. on a charge of simple battery. He was released on a $500 bond.

Joniqua Darby, 23, Chassity C. Daniels, 23, both of 518 Truiel St., Franklin, and a 15-year-old female were arrested Tuesday at 4:58 p.m. Darby was charged with theft by shoplifting and contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile and released on a summons. Daniels was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile and released on a summons. The juvenile was charged with shoplifting and released to guardians pending juvenile court.

Wesley Chappelle, 48, of 120 Emy Lane, Patterson, was arrested Tuesday at 7:40 p.m. on a charge of simple battery on a juvenile. He was released on a $500 bond.

Chitimacha Police Chief Blaise Smith reported the arrest of Kyle Gregory, 26, of Franklin, who was arrested Tuesday at 2:15 p.m. on a charge of theft and warrants charging him with failure to appear on charges of driving under suspension and failure to signal. No bond was set.

Jodi Smith, 35, and Raymond Smith, 35, both of Breaux Bridge, were arrested at 1:55 a.m. on charges of theft. Raymond Smith was also charged with criminal trespassing and failure to appear on a charge of disturbing the peace. He was held with no bond set and she was released on a summons.
