Survivors include a sister, Mollie Kopycinski of Morgan City; and a brother, Raymond J. Hebert Jr.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. today at Twin City Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until the time of the service. Teresa will be laid to rest in the Morgan City Mausoleum.
Twin City Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
