Mariana Titus, author and photographer, captivated an audience at the Baldwin West Branch Library Tuesday with an overview of her work and her processes. Titus explained how she began shooting photographs and making interviews with the area’s local citizenry, culminating in her books. She gave tips to the audience on how to interview people, what pitfalls to avoid and humorous anecdotes regarding her work. The seminar was sponsored by Techeland Arts Council.
