Knights of Columbus Franklin Council 1420 celebrated its 100th anniversary this year. Patrick Vidrine, District Deputy, presented a certificate to Donnie Coots, Grand Knight, and the Franklin Council membership commemorating the occasion at a recent meeting. The founding of the Franklin Council launched the dream of Fr. Michael J. McGivney, a principal in its creation. Coots also presented a lifetime membership card to H.A. “Neg” Louviere for over 25 years of membership.
