The Student Government Association of South Central Louisiana Technical College, Young Memorial Campus in Morgan City is holding its first Extreme ID Makeover, College Edition on Monday at the Morgan City campus.

The event will raise money for local charities and for nursing homes in Morgan City and Patterson. For $10, women and girls can have their hair and makeup professionally styled by the sponsor salon, Cut ’n Up in Morgan City.

Students can then have their fall 2011 college identification photo taken. Everyone else will get a “special” ID to commemorate the day. Cut ’n Up also will offer feather extension application and there will be a special event T-shirt for sale. Payment will be accepted in the form of cash or checks only.
