St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests from the past 24-hour reporting period:

Tommy Hamilton Jr., 20, of 1016½ Barrow St., Franklin, was arrested Monday at 8:51 a.m. on a warrant charging him with probation violation. No bond was set.

James R. Newman, 50, of 604 Leona St., Morgan City, was arrested Monday at 2:01 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to comply with drug court. He turned himself in and was held on a $100,000 bond.

Spornia W. Span, 50, of 1207 Second St., Patterson, was arrested Monday at 4:52 p.m. on warrants charging her with issuing worthless checks. She was released on a summons.

Multi-jurisdictional Drug Task Force members reported the arrest of Tammy Fuselier, 41, of 711 Versen St., Berwick, Monday at 8:58 a.m. on a warrant charging her with distribution of Suboxone. She turned herself in and was released on a $3,000 bond.

Thomas C. Thompson, 37, of 407 Railroad Avenue, Morgan City, was arrested Monday at 4:15 p.m. on a warrant charging him with distribution of Lortab. No bond was set.

Delleshia Garrison, 22, of 2412 Apple St., No. 100, Morgan City, and Briannell Wilson, 27, of 115 Friendship Alley, Amelia, were arrested Monday at 3:26 p.m. Garrison was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled dangerous substance in the presence of a juvenile, violation of a drug free zone and a warrant on theft charges. Wilson was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a firearm in the presence of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of a controlled dangerous substance in the presence of a juvenile and violation of a drug free zone. No bonds were set.

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Chad Aycock, 45, of Chatsworth Road, Franklin, Monday at 11:32 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear. No bond was set.
