St. Mary Landmarks Society members have taken on the civic task of refreshing the historic markers in the area. From top, Laura and Beto Zuniga, and below, Pam Heffner, were working on the signs in the St. Mary Parish Courthouse square this week, applying a base coat to the markers, and will come back when it is properly set to detail out the rest. Other signs in the Franklin area are being touched up as well.
