St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests this morning:

Shirley Borer, 59, of 706 General Hodges, Morgan City, was arrested Wednesday at 2:19 p.m. on charges of driving under suspension. She was released on a summons.

Tina M. Berrios, 36, of 119 Boley Lane, Charenton, was arrested Wednesday at 2:33 p.m. on a warrant charging her with unauthorized use of an access card. No bond was set.

Christopher L. Cook, 36, of Houma, was arrested Wednesday at 5:18 p.m. on warrants charging him with second-degree domestic battery and false imprisonment. He was held on a $100,000 bond.

Oscar Leon, 28, and Stephanie Albritton, 26, both of Gibson, were arrested today at 12:31 a.m. on charges of domestic battery. No bonds were set.

Multi-jurisdictional Drug Task Force members reported the arrest of Carolyn T. Hamm, 51, of 116 South Railroad Avenue, Morgan City, and Scarlett Burkart, 30, of Shriever, Wednesday at 3:15 p.m. Hamm was charged on warrants with charges of obstruction of justice, three counts of possession of a legend drug, distribution of Roxicodone, possession of Suboxone and was also charged with possession of Xanax. Burkart was charged with possession of Vyavanse. Both were held with no bonds set.

Ryan Torres, 17, of 1408 Pecan St., Morgan City, and a 16-year-old male, of Bayou Vista, were arrested Wednesday at 4:50 p.m. Torres was charged with a turn signal violation, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in the presence of a juvenile. No bond was set. The juvenile was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and released to a guardian pending juvenile court.

Chitimacha Police Chief Blaise Smith reported the arrest of Damon August, 35, of Jeanerette, Wednesday at 11:33 a.m. on charges of simple assault and disturbing the peace intoxicated. He was released on a summons.

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Kenneth Park Smith, 52, of Pine Street, Franklin, Wednesday at 2:17 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace intoxicated. He was held on $250 bond.

David Joseph Hayes, 25, of Pine Street, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 8:38 p.m. on charges of loud music, open alcohol container, driving under suspension and expired inspection. No bond was set.

Bobby Roy Lockett, 49, of Ninth Street, Franklin, was arrested today at 1:53 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear. He was held on a $420 fine.
