FRANKLIN HEALTH CARE CENTER residents recently enjoyed a visit from several Winn Dixie employees, above. The Winn Dixie employees brought fruit and sandwiches for the residents. Franklin Health Care Center will host a Breast Cancer Awareness Social on Tuesday, October 18 at 6:30 p.m. Dr. Rebecca Accardo will be the guest speaker. Adults and teenagers should call 828-1918 to RSVP by Monday, October 3. Anyone with a breast cancer story to share during the social should call Jo at 828-1918. The Health Care Center is also selling several items to raise money for breast cancer awareness. Key chains, shopping bags, water bottles, wallets and hats are available at Fads, Sil Vous Plait and the Health Care Center.
