Conrell J. Lockett, 88, a native and resident of Four Corners, died Sunday at Iberia Medical Center at 9:16 a.m.

Visitation will be Saturday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Baldwin, from 8 a.m., with a rosary and tributes at 9 a.m., until the funeral at 10 a.m. Burial will be in the Sorrell Community Cemetery.

He is survived by five sons, Conrell Joseph Lockett Jr. and Calvin Paul Lockett, both of Houston, Nathanial Lee Lockett and John Charles Lockett, both of Four Corners, and Kenneth James Lockett of New Iberia; three daughters, Sylvia Kay Lockett of Four Corners, and Gwendolyn Lockett Andrus and Arline Lockett Smith, both of Houston; one brother, Edward Lockett of New Orleans; 35 grandchildren, 42 great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchild-ren; and a host of relatives and friends.

Jones Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
