Every year, the Army National Guard sends several units to the National Training Center for 18 days of very intense training. Due to the massive amounts of heavy equipment and vehicles that are required for the training, they must be transported by train well in advance to and from the NTC. Shortly after 4 p.m. Monday, a Burlington Northern-Santa Fe train loaded with the vehicles made its way through Morgan City.
