St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests from the past 24-hour reporting period:

Deryel W. Ledbetter, 56, of Lampasas, Texas, was arrested Friday at 6:22 a.m. on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of speeding. He was released after posting a $283.50 cash bond.

Eileen Shipman, 49, of 491 Texas St., Berwick, was arrested Friday at 11:48 a.m. on a warrant charging her with simple burglary and telephone harassment. Bond had not been set as of this morning.

Michael J. Jack, 40, of 1146 La. 83 Lot 1, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 4:38 p.m. on charges of disturbing the peace intoxicated, disturbing the peace obscene language and three counts of public intimidation. Bond had not been set as of this morning.

Marcus L. Stokes, 37, of 1129 Fulton St., New Iberia, was arrested Saturday at 1:05 a.m. on charges of driving left of center, possession of alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle and no driver’s license. He was released on a summons.

Lakendra Martin, 21, of 149 Pickett St., Charenton, was arrested Saturday at 1:46 a.m. on charges of aggravated battery and simple criminal damage to property. Bond had not been set as of this morning.

Kevin A. Adams, 23, of 1512 Plum St., Patterson, was arrested Saturday at 7:38 p.m. on a warrant for Failure to Appear on charges of second-offense possession of marijuana, no turn signal, no driver’s license and improper lane usage. Bond had not been set as of this morning.

Frank Lally, 48, of 759 Degravelle Road, Amelia, was arrested Sunday at 4:13 a.m. on a charge of aggravated assault. He was held with bond set at $1,000.

David Tabb, 51, of 1720 La. 182, Bayou Vista, was arrested Sunday at 7:43 a.m. on warrants for probation violation and a Baldwin Police Department warrant charging him with communication of false information of a planned arson. Bond had not been set as of this morning.

Multi-jurisdictional Task Force agents reported the arrest of Daryl Grogan, 48, of 303 Egle St., Morgan City, Friday at 4 p.m. on a warrant charging him with distribution of cocaine. Bond had not been set as of this morning.

Chitimacha Police Chief Blaise Smith reported the following arrests:

Christopher Deamer, 36, of Lafayette; Effie Deamer, 33, of Lafayette; Kayla Cormier, 28, of Franklin; Anthony Gibson, 29, of Baldwin; and Tiaka Gibson, 28, of Harvey were arrested Sunday, at 4:20 a.m. on charges of disturbing the peace fighting. After being processed, all were released on summonses.

Darrel Jones, 55, of Franklin and Sidney Villo Jr., 40, of New Iberia were arrested Saturday at 3:20 a.m., on charges of disturbing the peace fighting. Jones and Villo were processed at the Chitimacha Tribal Police Department and later released on summonses.

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:

Breonne Leray Bowie, 23, of Lockette Road, Four Corners, was arrested Friday at 10:07 on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on a traffic charge. He was held on a $180 cash bond.

Faye Marie Derouen Bolden, 55, of Barrow Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 6:14 p.m., on a warrant charging her with theft over $10,000. She was released on a $20,000.

Damon Maurice Allen, 41, of Shannon Street, Morgan City, was arrested Saturday at 12:57 a.m., on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on a charge of criminal neglect of family. Bond was set at $914.87

Byron Lagrant Sonia, 31, of St. Joseph Lane, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 2:54 p.m., on a warrant charging him with probation violation. He was turned over to the Morgan City Police Department.

Clarence Clarquis Reed, 28, of Weber Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 3:33 p.m., on warrants charging him with two counts of failure to appear in 3rd Ward City Court and failure to appear in 16th Judicial District Court on a charge of possession of cocaine. Bond had not been set as of this morning.

David Edward Levine, 53, of St. Joseph Lane, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 11:01 p.m., on charges of disturbing the peace by public intoxication and remaining where forbidden. Bond was set at $750.

Herbert Johnson Feast, 44, of Canal Drive, Franklin, was arrested today at 3:56 a.m., on warrants charging him with domestic battery and failure to appear. Bond had not been set as of this morning.
