Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Meoci Jack, 21, of Bodin Road, Franklin, Tuesday at 8:58 p.m. on a warrant charge of failure to appear on an issuing worthless checks charge. Jack was released on a $2,500 bond.
