The traffic signal light on Willow and Second streets has been out of operation for several weeks since being struck by lightning. Replacement parts had to be custom manufactured and are expected to be received by the city soon, according to Police Chief Sabria McGuire. In the interim, motorists are advised to observe the temporary four-way stop.
