Each organization will be allowed to decorate the signs for one month. The organization must maintain the decorations during that month. The gateway signs cannot be used for personal attacks, private gain, advocating political positions or religious ideology or recruiting members to exclusive societies.
Organizations that would like to participate should contact Arlana Shields at 828-6345, ashields@franklin-la.com or in person in the Office of Community Development on the second floor of City Hall for an application and for rules for decorating the gateway signs.
