Franklin Foundation Hospital announced that Dr. John Osborne, orthopedic surgeon, began practicing at Franklin Foundation Hospital Tuesday. Dr. Osborne has practiced orthopedic surgery in Morgan City since 2002 and in Franklin since March this year. He received a combined MD/MBA degree from the University of Colorado and completed his orthopedic residency at the University of Colorado.
