MORGAN CITY — Andrea Leonards, DPM, joins Adam Ziegenbusch, DPM, in their new clinic location, South Louisiana Foot & Ankle LLC.

Butch Frazier, CEO of Teche Regional Medical Center in Morgan City, said in a release, “It is with pleasure that the family of Teche Regional Medical Center welcomes Dr. Leonards to our community and to our growing medical staff. Their practice of Podiatry will provide a welcome medical service to our community while helping our area residents avoid travelling to receive care for health concerns of the foot and ankle.”

Dr. Ziegenbusch, who was previously associated with The Foot Specialists of Acadiana, has recently opened his own clinic with his wife, Dr. Leonards.

Together, they have been providing state of the art foot and ankle care to the St Mary and Vermilion parish residents over the past two years.

Opening the new clinic location allows Drs. Ziegenbusch and Leonards to focus on the care of patients in the greater Morgan City area.

Dr. Leonards previously practiced in the Abbeville area and is excited to be a part of the Morgan City medical community.

“My family lives and practices in St Mary Parish,” Leonards said in a release. “We are excited about being a part of the Teche Regional Medical family. Focusing our efforts here in Morgan City will give our patients the confidence that someone is available Monday through Friday for all their foot care needs”.

Dr. Leonards and Ziegenbusch specialize in Podiatric Medicine and surgery. They provide a broad range of health services relating to the foot and ankle, including care for heel spurs, ingrown toenails, diabetic foot concerns, bunions, hammertoes, plantar fascitis, warts, foot wounds, fungus toenails, fractures and sprains and other foot injuries, geriatric foot care and the diagnoses and treatment of a variety of other foot issues and conditions. They also perform a variety of surgical procedures in the treatment of diseases, conditions or injuries to the feet and ankles.
