Franklin City Council members meet Tuesday in regular session for November.

The sole guest on the agenda is Joan Adams of the Franklin Merchant’s Association Harvest Moon Festival.

The council will consider introduction of an ordinance renewing liquor license for the upcoming year.

Adoption of ordinances to be considered include renaming Fourth Street to Oneal Chube Street; amending the current fiscal budget, and authorizing an act of sale or exchange for the E.A. Crowell Elementary building, currently housing city hall, with the school board.

There are resolutions setting the date and time of council meetings for 2012, and authorizing not more than $2 million in public improvement revenue bonds.

Mayor Raymond Harris is slated to discuss the city’s mosquito control contract, and board appointments.

The council meets at 6 p.m. at City Hall on Iberia Street.
