CHEF JOE RANDALL of Savannah, Ga., was the distinguished visiting chef at Nicholls State University’s 15th annual Bite of the Arts gala. Bite of the Arts, the premier fundraising event for the John Folse Culinary Institute, was held Nov. 10.
