The Berwick Garden Club’s annual Christmas lighting contest will be judged Dec. 5 and 6.

Mobile homes will be judged Sunday beginning at 6 p.m. Monday is reserved for houses, also beginning at 6 p.m. Homes are divided into four categories: Golden Farms, Country Club, Fairview/Renwick, and Old Berwick.

In each of the four home categories and in the mobile homes category, first through third places will be awarded. First place receives $50, while $35 goes to second, and third gets $25. Only first-place winners from last year are not allowed to win first place again this year. However, they may still place second or third.

Residents need only turn on their lights and decorations to be judged. Judging will occur regardless of weather conditions.

Details of contests for the surrounding cities are not yet available. They will be presented as they are completed.
