MORGANZA – Services for former principal and registrar of voters Quintin Gustin will be Friday. He died Dec. 27 at age 86.
He was former principal of Innis High School and was Point Coupee registrar of voters for 20 years.
Survivors include his wife Virginia, a son and two daughters.
Arrangements are by Niland’s.

BATON ROUGE – Services will be Friday for Elizabeth Carter Stokeld, teacher and the first woman to serve on the Louisiana College Board of Trustees. She died Dec. 27 at age 68.
She taught high school 16 years before becoming a prevention care specialist in the East Baton Parish school system. While at LC she was student body president.
Survivors include her husband Jack, a son and a daughter.
