Thomas Wayne Goyne, a native of Bailey, Texas, and a resident of Morgan City, passed away peacefully Tuesday, Dec. 27, 2011, at Teche Regional Medical Center surrounded by his loving family.

Tom is survived by his wife, Jerri Goyne of Morgan City; one son, Lane Hudson and wife April of Morgan City; one daughter, Dana Hudson Babin and husband David of Morgan City; three grandchildren, Michael and Kimberly Babin and Riley Hudson; one brother, Carl Goyne and wife Norma of Tomball, Texas; one sister, Vivian Rich of Grand Prairie, Texas; and three nieces, Diane, Carla and Lisa.

Tom was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas E. and Naomi Goyne; and one brother-in-law, Bob Rich.

The family will have a private memorial service at a later date in Bonham, Texas. The family also requests that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the Shriners Hospital in Tom’s name.
