Mason of the Year of Franklin Lodge 57 is Bro. Perry Barrilleaux, at left, and his wife Sister Hertha Barrilleaux at right, with Bro. Blaise Smith, past master and secretary. Perry Barrilleaux was presented the Alpha-Shoemaker Award of Excellence in honor of Clyde Alpha and Charles Shoemaker, long-time cornerstones of the Franklin lodge. Hertha Barrilleaux was presented the Star of the East Award. Both awards recognize their outstanding service to the lodge and community.
