Jayme Pisani, 34, Michael Pisani, 32, both of 598 Parish Road 131, Verdunville, were arrested Wednesday at 5:25 a.m. on charges of domestic battery. Jayme Pisani was also charged with illegal use of a weapon and an issuing worthless checks warrant. She allegedly fired a gun in the residence during an altercation. She was released on a $20,750 bond and Michael Pisani was released on a $7,500 bond.
Joseph Barlow, 51, of New Iberia, and Blair Smith, 50, of 4914 Autumn St., Jeanerette, were arrested Wednesday at 12:39 p.m. on charges of criminal trespassing. Both were released on summonses.
Elithia Thomas, 29, of 419 Ninth St., Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 2:35 p.m. on a warrant charging her with failure to appear on a charge of issuing worthless checks. She was released on a $1,000 bond.
Three female juveniles, one 16 years old and two 14, were arrested Wednesday at 11:28 p.m. on charges of curfew violation. They were released to guardians pending juvenile court.
Multi-jurisdictional Drug Task Force members reported the arrest of Johnnie Whitfield, 62, of 659 Degravelle Road, Amelia, Tuesday at 5:19 p.m. on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on a summons.
Sylvester Hayes III, 39, of 208 Federal Avenue, Morgan City, and Jamie Scully, 30, of 618 Bellanger St., Morgan City, were arrested Tuesday at 7:09 p.m. Hayes was charged with possession of marijuana and Scully with possession of synthetic marijuana and misuse of toxic vapors. Both were released on summonses.
Tarrike Phillips, 37, of 404 Williams St., No. 1, Patterson, was arrested Wednesday at 3:48 p.m. on a charge of possession of marijuana. Phillips was released on a summons.
Joseph Hebert Jr., 54, of 1036 Grace St., Siracusa, was arrested Wednesday at 4:28 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was released on a summons.
Brian Barrilleaux, 26, of 1138 Federal Avenue, Morgan City, was arrested Wednesday at 4:36 p.m. on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and synthetic marijuana. He was released on a summons.
Michael Hopkins, 51, of 101½ Oak St., Morgan City, was arrested Wednesday at 7:24 p.m. on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on a summons.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Randolph Anthony Joseph, 19, of Martin Luther King Street, Patterson, Wednesday at 11:33 a.m. on a warrant charging him with disturbing the peace. He was also charged on a Patterson warrant on charges of disturbing the peace and a Morgan City warrant on charges of six counts of failure to appear. At the time of arrest Joseph was charged with unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling and resisting an officer by flight. He was held on a $250 bond locally and with bond not yet set for other agencies.
Agnes Barton Talbot, 42, of Mechanic Street, Franklin, was arrested today at 1:45 a.m. on charges of DWI, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of crack cocaine and possession of Schedule IV narcotics. No bond was set.
