State police said William McKenzie, 42, of Wisner was driving the ATV on Old Columbia Road near La. 124 when it hit a truck driven by a Grayson man.
After impact, the truck traveled over the ATV and overturned before both vehicles caught fire.
McKenzie and his passenger, Phillip B. Victor, JR., 36, also of Wisner, were ejected and killed.
The truck driver was not injured in the 9:30 a.m. accident.
