Kelly S. Richard, 32, of Pierre Part, was arrested Monday at 7:44 p.m. on a charge of shoplifting and two probation violation warrants. No bond was set.
Roselyn M. Collins, 19, of 422 Neptune St., Apt. 4, Bayou Vista, was arrested Monday at 11:16 p.m. on a warrant charging her with failure to appear on a charge of criminal trespassing. Collins was held on $250 bond.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Sadara Babino, 24, of Ash Street, Franklin, Monday at 2:15 p.m. on warrants charging her with second degree battery and contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile. She was released on $1,000 bond.
Race Louviere, 53, of Franklin, was arrested Monday at 4:37 p.m. on charges of vagrancy and open alcohol container. He was held on $1,000 bond.
Jarred Brown, 26, of Seventh Street, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 10:11 p.m. on a warrant charging him with probation violation and a failure to appear warrant. No bond was set.
Aaron Lightfoot, 23, of Anderson Street, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 11:59 p.m. on a local warrant charging him with child desertion, as well as district court and Morgan City warrants charging failure to appear. He was held on total of $3,944 bond and fines.
