St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests from the past 24-hour reporting period:

Richesha Colar, 34, of 1711 Iberia St., Franklin, was arrested Tuesday on a charge of theft over $500. No bond was set.

Dane M. St. Pe, 42, of Waggaman, La., was arrested Tuesday at 12:06 p.m. on a charge of driving under suspension. St. Pe was released on a summons.

Marc A. Duhon, 24, of 3009 Carrol Road, Morgan City, was arrested Tuesday at 12:15 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on a charge of conspiracy to distribute Xanax. He was released on a $5,000 bond.

Alexis Nerve, 27, of 310 Wren St., Patterson, was arrested Tuesday at 4:35 p.m. on a charge of unauthorized use of an access card. She was released on a summons.

Multi-jurisdictional Drug Task Force agents reported the arrests of Jacob Morles, 18, of Schriever, and Dustin Raymond, 19, of 246 Texas St., Berwick, Tuesday at 7:49 p.m. Morles was charged with distribution of a legend drug, possession of a legend drug, possession of Ambien and contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile. Raymond was charged with possession of a legend drug and contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile. No bonds were set.

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Timothy Phillip Souderlier, 33, of Hendricks Street, Franklin, Tuesday at 2:24 p.m. on a Morgan City warrant charging him with failure to appear. No bond was set.

Michelle Ann Levine, 28, of Bigler Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 5:40 p.m. on charges of two counts of child restraint violation, child desertion and resisting an officer by giving false information, and a warrant charging her with failure to return a leased movable. No bond was set.
