A Mass of Christian burial will be held Friday, Feb. 10, 2012, at 11 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Patterson for Cameron Michael Gragg, 19, a Morgan City native and resident of Patterson, who passed away Friday, Feb. 3, 2012, at LSU Medical Center in New Orleans. Burial will follow in Ibert’s Memorial Park Cemetery in Patterson. Father Gregory Cormier will officiate the services.
Survivors include his parents, Sandra Gragg Harris and Joe Harris of Patterson; one sister, Emily Harris of Patterson; one brother, Christopher Harris of Patterson; paternal grandparents, David and Brenda Harris of San Antonio, Texas; five uncles, Dale Gragg and his wife Donna, Randy Gragg and his wife Dee, Macky Gragg and his wife Rhonda, Marty Gragg, and Brian Harris and his wife Andrea; four aunts, Sissy Chapman and her husband Randy, Rhonda Magness and her husband Troy, Wendy Gragg, and Lauren Stadjuhar and her husband Greg; and numerous great-uncles, great-aunts, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Joan Gragg.
A gathering of family and friends will be held Thursday, Feb. 9, 2012, at Ibert’s Mortuary, 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., and on Friday at St. Joseph Catholic Church from 9 a.m. until time of Mass at 11 a.m.
