D&L Salvage and Marine Services LLC signed a new lease with the Port of West Mary Tuesday to expand its existing business at the port. The 5-year lease with a 5-year renewal option on a 13,000 square foot building will allow the company to do additional pipeline fabrication as well as continue to provide other oil field related services such as crane and lifting support, according to D&L owner Lance Ortemond. Its workforce will be increased from a current 65 employees to about 85-95.
