St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests this morning:

J.C. Ford Jr., 25, of Houma, was arrested Tuesday at 11:02 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on a charge of simple battery. He was released on a $3,000 bond.

Dustin M. Fuselier, 18, of 711 Versen St., Berwick, was arrested Tuesday at 3:22 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on charges of possession of synthetic marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and abuse of toxic vapors. He was released on a $6,000 bond.

Multi-jurisdictional Drug Task Force agents reported the arrest of Trent Duhon, 17, of 147 Moon St., Bayou Vista, Tuesday at 2:20 p.m. on a charge of possession of marijuana. He was released on a summons.

Lucien Theriot, 22, of Bayou L’Ourse, was arrested Tuesday at 2:23 p.m. on charges of possession of synthetic marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and abuse of toxic vapors. He was released on a summons.

Robert Taylor, 27, of 210 Mars Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Tuesday at 5:13 p.m. on charges of possession of synthetic marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and abuse of toxic vapors. He was released on a summons.

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Elzina Marie Charles, 21, of Jolivette Street, Baldwin, Tuesday at 10:03 a.m. on a warrant charging her with failure to appear on a charge of telephone harassment. She was also charged with speeding, child restraint violation and no driver’s license on person. She was released on a $346 bond.

Carmelita Danielle Ferguson, 38, of Park Avenue, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. on a warrant charging her with failure to appear on a charge of remaining where forbidden. She was held on a $282 bond.
