THE MORGAN CITY 10-year-old Biddy Basketball All-Star team finished 4-0 and won first place in the Biddy Invitational earlier this month at Morgan City High School. The team beat Centerville, East St. James and Terrebonne before defeating Patterson in the championship game. Team members are, front row, Bryce Grizzaffi, Jared Singleton, Brooks Thomas, Ethan Nguyen and Mathew Whittington. On back row are Akayah Poole, Zion Landry, Taylor Blanchard, Seth Williams, Morquise Charles, Elijah Swan and Michael-Anthony Hill. The team competed a week later in another tournament in Houma.
